We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $8.00 on all orders within the United States. Due to increasing carrier and packaging costs, this flat rate helps us continue providing reliable shipping while keeping pricing simple and transparent.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. During new arrivals, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

The BGS Collective is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
